West Valley Ukulele Group in Los Angeles, California!
(We meet the 2nd Wednesday of each month)
Where: West Valley Music Center 24424 Vanowen Street,
West Hills, CA 91307
We had a fantastic Spooky October jam a couple weeks ago. All things are pointing to a wet ending of October and beginning of November. The perfect weather to play Albert Hammond’s, It Never Rains in Southern California! It is predominately a 3 chord song using Am, D7 and G. There is an occasional Em. The riff is a fun one too that mimics the flute riff in the original song. For those that don’t play the riff can whistle along. A pdf of the presentation and chord sheet is included. Hope to see all your smiling faces on the 11th.

We encourage all of you to play for the group in our Open Mic session at each meeting. We are here to help, to bring people together, play some music, and bring a little joy to the world!
Spread the word and bring a friend or two! All levels welcome and we even have spare ukuleles for people to borrow if you do not have one of your own.
